Where can I get free hair cuts or coloring for free? I used to get them at bumble %26amp; bumble but they always make me wait 2-3 months between the time of booking and the actual appointment. I need a coloring now and I can't wait till the end of october!

ive never seen anyone do it for free. unless you go to a beauty school and let the interns do it for practice i guess...............if not, just pay the $$$

And you can always buy haircoloring kits and things at a drugstore for (I'm assuming) pretty cheap.
