i have pale skin too if u cut it layers are in this year and with bangs also to make ur skin look a bit darker die it a darkish brown and blonde highlifghts thats how i did my hair i have a pic of me up

dont dye it it wont look natural. grow it longer and get high lights if you want the illusion of darker hair, get caramel colored high lights and if you want lighter hair, get medium blonde highlights. also get some shorter face framing layers!

i think you should go by personality...if you like to be crazy go ahead and bleach your hair and put pink highlights under..if you like this style cut your hair to a langth of right on top of your shoulders with many layers.. my hair is very cute it has many many layers some are 3 inches long all the way down to my shoulders. i have what looks like split ends but is not,, my hair is a red orange color with dark almost brown underneath.. maybe thats what you should do,, darken the inside of your hair..you should also ask some close friends and look around at other persons hairsyles.
