I went to a salon/parlor to have a hair cut a month ago. When I got there the guy that I like to cut my hair was pretty busy with the other customer and one of the hair cutter just got off with her customer. Now, I don't like this lady to cut my hair but I can't tell her that because I thought that would be rude. I can't make an appointment over the phone because I don't know the guys name. Probably I have to ask him next time. So, how can you handle this type of situation?
Is it rude to tell a person that you don't want him/her to cut your hair?

It is kind of rude but in some cases needs to be done.

Just say that you really want that guy to cut it. If she is professional she will understand and if she doesn't so what! Its better then you ending up with a haircut you are unhappy with, right?
