I have long red frizzy wavy hair. I want a scene looking cut. I don't think it will work with my hair though. Help??

You need to work with your hairstylist to get the style you want. A good idea is to bring in pictures of friends, famous people anybody who has hair that youre trying to get. Hairstylist are visual, so if they can see it they can recreate it. Before you go ahead with the change, ask your stylist how long it's going to take you to recreate the style, and make sure you still want to do it. After the change, ask your stylist what products you need and the process you need to know in order to do it at home on your own. Hairstylists are there to help you get the look you want, so make sure you communicate well. If he'she knows exactly what you want, you will both be happy.

If I were you, I would make an appointment with two or three different hair salons for a consultation. Tell them you want to have thier opinion about what kind of cut would be appropriate and flattering to a person with your face shape, hair type and depending on how much time you are able and willing to spend daily on fixing it.

Then you can compare thier opinions and decide which style suggested you like the best based on why they said a particular style would be good for you.

NEVER cut or drastically change your hair style just before attending a special event because if you hate it, you will be stuck. I know this because I didn't listen to that advise and I went ahead and had a cut and perm and was absolutely miserable at the function.

I have wavy hair too. It`s such a pain. Anyways I`m getting my hair cut too, in 2 weeks and I wanted something new. My aunt just so happens to be a professional hair dresser so while she was over, I showed her these pictures:

I love the 3rd one, but it`d take too long to make it straight like that everyday, the 2nd %26amp;%26amp; 3rd ones seem more like what mine might look like..
