Hair help? PLSSSS?

okay so i want a sort of i guess you can say"emo" hair cut(im not emo, just like the hair) but i dont wanna cut it too short either at least below my shoulders, but other than that im open to anything, cutting it in the back or watever. And what do i ask for wen i go to get my hair cut?

To get that girl's hair, ask your hairdresser for a few inches trimmed off, thinned out ends, and angled front bangs. Your hair should turn out how you wanted it :]
