Buy conditioner that will work allow into you hair and leave it to set for at least five minutes with every wash ...it also helps if you only wash your hair every other day cause if not you are killing all the protective oils in you scalp and hair...you can try a mayonnaise rinse too i know it sounds like something they only do in the movies but it seriously helps get a shiny luster back into your hair

sunsilk has really good products but if you dont have the money for shampoo and conditioner then just get the creme/ leave in stuff. when your hair is healthy it will grow better
